How It Was Made
Every Sawa Films project starts with the story, the script and a storyboard before AI produces the shots. Here the focus was character consistency: the identity of the girl and her mother was held across every scene and angle, so their faces do not morph from shot to shot as they often do in standard AI video. The technique combined generative AI video with lip sync, and a person reviewed every frame.
