AI Commercial Production
for Brands Worldwide
Sawa Films makes AI commercials the way a production company makes a TV spot: one sharp idea, a storyboard you approve, then direction, color grading and sound. Only the physical shoot falls away. No studio, no crew and no product to ship, so a 30-second commercial typically goes from brief to delivery in 2 to 3 weeks, in Arabic and English.
Commercials we have made
Frostah is client work. Precision & Power, Cool Tank and Frozen in Time are spec commercials we made on our own initiative, the way a director builds a reel, to show automotive, product and high-concept storytelling with AI. Open any of them to watch the full film.
- Commercial
PRECISION & POWER | Porsche 911 GT3 AI Commercial
Spec commercial, not a Porsche commission: engineering told through light, surface and speed.
- Commercial
Frostah | Cinematic AI Food Commercial
Client work: condensation, texture and slow pours art-directed frame by frame, then graded like a broadcast spot.
- Commercial
FROZEN IN TIME | High-Concept AI Commercial
Concept commercial: a single moment held still, carried through the whole spot.

How a commercial gets made
A commercial follows the same six phases as every Sawa Films production, but the weight sits early. Thirty seconds leaves no room for a vague idea, so most of the thinking happens in concept, script and storyboard. By the end of the image stage you have approved every frame as a still, which is what keeps a 30-second spot on a 2 to 3 week timeline.
Discovery & Concept
We begin by understanding your vision, goals, and audience. Through collaborative sessions, we develop the creative concept and establish the visual direction for your project.
Script & Storyboard
Our team crafts compelling narratives and detailed storyboards. Every scene is planned to maximize emotional impact and visual storytelling.
AI Image Generation
Using advanced AI engines, we create complete frame by frame storyboards with characters, environments, lighting, & styling locked before video production begins.
Video Production
Static images become dynamic motion. Camera movements, timing, visual effects, & seamless action every element refined to create cinematic sequences that feel directed, not generated.
Sound Design
We layer in AI-generated music, sound effects, and voiceovers. Every audio element is crafted to enhance the emotional resonance of your film.
Final Delivery
Professional editing, color grading, transitions, and audio mastering. All elements refined and delivered in every format you need ready for launch.
Why make your commercial with AI
Shots a crew could not get
Extreme close-ups of condensation, a camera gliding through the product, a car on a road that does not exist: directing decisions, not budget lines.
Changes cost a shot, not a shoot day
If the hero shot is not right, we regenerate that shot. Nobody rebooks a studio or waits for another product sample.
Built to be versioned
Arabic and English, vertical and square, a seasonal end card: an AI product commercial adapts to each audience without a second production.
Filmmakers lead, AI executes
Storytelling, composition and pacing decide what goes on screen. That judgment is what makes the result read as a commercial.
When AI is not the right call
When a real face carries the message
Generated characters are invented people. If the spot depends on your founder, a known presenter or a real customer, a live shoot is the better choice, and we will say so at the brief stage.
When the script is a performance
Long dialogue, comic timing and subtle acting still work better with a human performer. Our AI commercials lean on image, sound and voice-over instead.
Small text and exact product detail
Fine print on labels, legal supers and precise product geometry are the hardest things to generate reliably, so some are added in the edit instead.
When the ad has to prove something
A generated demonstration proves nothing. A product test, a before-and-after or a measurable result needs to be filmed for real.
Pricing: two routes
There are two ways to buy AI advertising video from us. Fixed-price video ads are listed on our ads page: $99 for a single ad, $249 for three and $749 for ten. They are short vertical ads with an AI presenter speaking Arabic or English, made for social feeds. Bespoke commercials and brand films start from $549 and are scoped after a short brief, priced by length and complexity, so you receive a proposal for your project before any production starts.
Questions about AI commercials
Should we buy a fixed-price video ad or a bespoke commercial?
Choose a fixed-price ad when you need short vertical ads for social feeds quickly and your product shows well from photos. Choose a bespoke commercial when you need a story, a specific look, a 16:9 master for TV or YouTube, or a brand film. Unsure? Send the brief and we will recommend a route.
How far ahead of a launch should we brief you?
Allow 2 to 3 weeks from brief to delivery for a 30-second commercial, and typically 4 to 8 weeks for a longer brand film, including your approvals. If your date is closer, a single fixed-price ad confirmed before 6 PM GMT+3 ships the same day.
Can the commercial show our actual product and packaging?
Yes. Send product photos, packaging artwork and brand guidelines with the brief. Product, colors and styling are locked at the storyboard stage, before any motion is generated, and shots that do not match are regenerated before you review a cut. Very small label text may be added in the edit.
Can an AI commercial meet TV broadcast requirements?
It can, with the right preparation. The master is edited, graded and sound mastered like any TV commercial. Each channel sets its own technical specifications and approvals, so send the spec sheet with your brief and the files are prepared to it.
Can we run the same commercial in Arabic and English?
Yes, without a second production. The Arabic script is written for Arabic-speaking audiences, not machine-translated, and each language gets its own voice-over, on-screen text and end card. Some lines differ on purpose, because an idea that lands in English does not always land in Arabic.
What should a commercial brief include?
What you sell, who it is for, the one thing a viewer should remember, where it will run, the languages, the length and the launch date. Add brand guidelines and product references. You do not need a script: we develop the concept in the first phase.
Can our founder or a known presenter appear in an AI commercial?
Not as a generated likeness: the people in our AI commercials are invented characters, never clones of real people. If a real person must appear on screen, that part needs filming, and we will tell you honestly whether AI production still suits the rest of the idea.
