Real Estate Video Ads
& Films Made with AI

Sawa Films makes real estate video ads & films with AI: launch films for projects still on the plan, short vertical ads for TikTok, Reels & Snapchat, and longer brand stories, in Arabic, English or both. Every shot is made with AI, so there is no shoot to organize. The three ads below are client work for Miras, a real estate brand.

Client Work for Miras

Three vertical ads made with AI for Miras: a 74-second family story, a 64-second story of a grandfather's book & a 29-second tour of a high-rise apartment, shown first empty, then furnished. All three are in the Mini TV Spot style of our video ads page.

Off-Plan or Finished

Off-plan, there is nothing to film yet. Your renders, floor plans & mood boards are the starting point, and every shot of the towers, the rooms & the life inside them is made from them with AI, so the launch campaign can run while construction is still under way.

Finished, the building can be visited, and a buyer should find exactly what the video showed. That is the time for a real shoot. We do not film, so that footage comes from a crew you book, and the AI launch film can run beside it in the same campaign.

Formats & Languages

  • Vertical 9:16

For TikTok, Reels, Snapchat & Shorts. All three Miras ads are cut this way.

  • Feed Sizes 4:5 & 1:1

Short ads from our video ads page come in all 3 sizes, each with 3 opening hooks to test against each other.

  • Wide 16:9

A commercial or brand film is mastered in 16:9 for YouTube & large screens, with 9:16 & 1:1 versions from the same production.

  • Arabic & English

Scripts in Arabic, English or both. A presenter in a short ad can speak Saudi, Emirati, Qatari or Kuwaiti Arabic.

Before You Publish

Real estate ads in Dubai & Abu Dhabi need the regulator's approval details. In Dubai, ad permits are issued through the Dubai Land Department's Trakheesi system, and the permit number belongs in the ad. In Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre has required a Madhmoun permit for real estate ads since 7 July 2025. Rules change, so check them with your regulator before you publish. We add the permit number or code you give us to the end card.

  • We always disclose that our ads are made with AI. Our guide to AI ad disclosure covers what TikTok, Meta & Snapchat ask for.

  • A launch film shows what your plans & renders show: never a view, an amenity or a finish the project will not have.

Questions From Real Estate Brands

Can you make a launch film before the building exists?
Yes, and that is where AI helps most. From your renders, floor plans & mood boards we make the towers, the interiors & the life around them, so the campaign can start while the project is still on the plan. The film shows only what your plans show.
Do you film the real property?
No. We make every shot with AI. Once the building stands, a real shoot is the honest choice, and the AI launch film & the later footage can share one campaign.
Can the ad carry our permit number?
Yes. Send the permit number or code with your brief and we place it on the end card, in the size & position your regulator asks for. Which details you need, and where, is for you to confirm with the regulator; the Before You Publish section links to the pages we checked.
Do you make the ads in Arabic & English?
Yes, in Arabic, English or both, for brands in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain & Oman. A presenter in a short ad from our video ads page can speak Saudi, Emirati, Qatari or Kuwaiti Arabic: name the dialect in your request. Longer films are voiced in Modern Standard Arabic or a regional dialect agreed in the brief.
How long does a real estate ad take?
Allow 2 to 3 weeks from brief to delivery for a 30-second commercial and 4 to 8 weeks for a longer brand film, your approvals included. For a launch date, send the brief a month or more ahead.
