Miras: A Tour of a High-Rise Apartment

This is client work: Sawa Films made this 29-second ad for Miras, a real estate brand. Two men in white thobes walk with a woman in an abaya through an empty apartment high above the city, floor-to-ceiling windows on every side. They stop at the glass: below them, towers line a turquoise coast. On a cream sofa, a man pours Arabic coffee from a golden dallah for the woman beside him. Then the main room appears furnished, with cream sofas, a low table and four people seated in soft daylight, the skyline behind them. The Miras card follows, then the Sawa Films card.

Made with AI, it is cut vertical in 9:16 for TikTok, Reels, Snapchat & Shorts. A cinematic story of people in a place is the Mini TV Spot style on the video ads page. A short property film like this shows a home before anyone visits it: the view, the light, the space with people in it. Real estate, hotels or any brand selling a place can use this kind of ad. Each new ad we make comes with 3 opening hooks in 3 sizes.
